Matcha Iri Genmaicha is a blend of teas from two japanese prefectures. The base one - Bancha / Genmaincha, is one of the characteristic products of the prefecture Shizuka, Matcha was collected in the prefecture Uji. Another component that determines the taste of the beverage is the roasted rice.
The infusion obtained from Matcha Iri Genmaicha is strong, rice, yellow-green color. It has a very pleasant refreshing characteristics.
It is recommended to brew tea in a high temperature - 80-90 °C for about 1 minute. Typically, using 2 teaspoons per 250 ml of water.
